We use this information to create your account, provide mock interview sessions, generate feedback, track progress, process subscriptions, improve the service, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
AI processing
MockFlux uses AI systems to process interview answers, feedback, summaries, and resume-related context. Do not upload sensitive information that is not needed for interview preparation.
Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or Stripe. We do not store full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers needed to operate MockFlux, such as hosting, email, AI, analytics, and payment providers.
Data retention and deletion
