MockFlux provides interview practice, AI-generated feedback, resume-aware preparation, and progress tracking. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate interview preparation.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
AI feedback disclaimer
AI-generated feedback is for guidance and practice only. MockFlux does not guarantee job offers, interview outcomes, correctness of every answer, or suitability for every hiring process.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans may be billed through payment providers such as Razorpay or Stripe. Plan limits, prices, billing intervals, and features may change over time, but active billing changes will be handled through the configured payment flow.
Cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation through the app or by contacting support. Refund eligibility depends on the payment status, usage, plan terms, and applicable provider rules. For billing or refund questions, email hraarti77@gmail.com.
User content
You are responsible for content you upload or submit, including resumes and interview answers. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Service availability
We aim to keep MockFlux available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, errors, or updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockFlux is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, hiring decisions, or damages arising from reliance on AI feedback.
